The head of the company gave us an estimate of cost and how long the job would take.  Their service included moving all furniture in and out of the 2 rooms and complete refinishing of the floors as described above.  Work began on time, was performed as expected.  An unanticipated delay made it necessary to extend the job over the Memorial Day weekend, which was inconvenient because all of the furniture from the 2 rooms was in our family room,  The team of workers were polite, efficient, and worked very hard.  The floors looked absolutely incredible--beyond our expectations.  Two years later the floors still look perfect--an excellent job.

Our hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms had not been refinished in over 20 years and had suffered recently from the sharp nails of our son's large dog. The workmen stripped the floors to the bare wood, sanded and stained them with a beautiful rich stain that was a shade or two lighter than the former color, sanded them again, and applied 2 coats of a polyurethane finish with more sanding in between. I expected to have wood dust everywhere--but to my delight, the workmen were so careful about "draping" the openings to the rooms and vacuuming thoroughly as they worked that I did not notice any extra dust in the adjacent rooms. And the finished floors are spectacular! I highly recommend this company--the head of the company worked with our schedule to make this as easy as possible for us, and the finished floors exceeded expectations.
