Mattresses
I'd been looking for a mattress for awhile -- but I only wanted the top mattress. Everywhere I went I got harassed by salesmen telling me it was impossible to buy only a top mattress. I checked Angie's List, found this place, and within 15 minutes I'd tried out and purchased a good top mattress. No hassle, no hard sell, no problem.

Mattresses
I visited Factory Direct when shopping for a mattress only because I happened to drive by it on the way to better known stores. The place is pretty small and not very fancy, but the salesman was helpful and I got a great price and free delivery with some hard bargaining, I shared some of my price quotes from different stores with the salesman, and he agreed to drop the price of a mattress already on sale (but not by much), and give me free delivery. The delivery was next-day, and they brought it all the way upstairs to my room. recommend making this a stop if you're shopping for a mattress and don't mind haggling a bit.
