I rehired Allen and Mark, however I had to cancel . I gave a weeks notice. I got hounded by phone calls by Allen . I had to finally block him on my land line as well as my cell. Then he showed up at my house Friday Oct. 1st at noon. I told him to leave that I had canceled for a personal reason. I said that him acting like he was, was harassment. He jerked my storm door open and slammed it in front of my 15 year old granddaughter and myself. My granddaughter wanted me to call the law. I didn?t.

"This job was scheduled over a month ago. She specifically stated she needed it done during fall break. I schedule that time spot. It was inside and outside. Did I think although she supposedly? Would not be there it was ideal weather to do it and thought maybe she had not thought of that and was trying to get hold of her to suggest that in the event she had not thought of it. When someone cancels we sit home without any income unless a job happens to drop out of the sky. As far as harassment I have all the phone records and text messages I sent her. It would not classify as harassment. I got irritated cause she would not reply. thought it."

"Work was done as discussed. But she had another idea of how she wanted it afterward. So we changed it to her new idea. One downspout was still clogged from debris out of gutters. Not a big issue. She said she Fixed it which all she had to do was allow us to unclog it, sorta jumped ahead of us on that. Had not gotten paid as of then. I do not equest payment until completely done and the customer is satisfied."

Our deck was small, but it was in need of a lot of work. A.B.H Decor response quickly to our request, were professional and honest in their quote. I was amazed how quickly they started the job once agreed upon and other than weather delays finished in a timely manner. They power washed, scraped and stained for us. It was a job very well done, highly recommend . Can enjoy our deck again!
