We called to see about getting a termite inspection and they initially said they were backed up and it would be a few weeks before they could make it out. We said we would call back later and when we did they told us they could work us in the next day because they would be coming back from another job and driving by our house. They came just as they said, a little early, and performed the inspection. They gave us a clear inspection and complimented our renovation work. Apparently we forgot to tell them that we needed a report for the bank and when we called to get one they offered to drop it off at the bank for us. Our banker had the report by the next business day. Above and beyond service in my opinion! Highly recommend!
