We had a metal roof and gutters installed about 4.5 years ago. We had 2 leaks in our garage, and that was the reason for the repair. The gutters they put on were barely attached, and one has fallen off completely. The roof has leaked in the same places since they installed the new one. I call, they come out, tell me they cant find the leak. Sometimes they talk to me like I'm crazy, even though I have video of water coming through my roof. It has never been fixed, and now due to poor Installation, my roof is in worse shape than it was to begin with.
