Well, we had to get a loan because the old system that was installed when the house was built expired. The price was reasonable and Mr. Croley talked like he really knew his stuff. However, he NEVER showed up at the job site! The young men (very young men) that installed the system cut register holes too big. They cut some of the trusses in the attic without permission. It was just overall a shoddy job and shoddy workmanship. I would not ever recommend this company.
Even today, you can hardly locate the company, he up and moves in a moments notice. There is never any side on the previous location where he moved to or anything.
