+ -1 moreDon't call him, you will waste your time. He is undependable, and will not call back even if he promises he will. He told me he was working when he did not show up, but was just taking the day off.
Description of Work: Company came out to replace shingles. Repair did not last. I called the owner, George Horton to ask him to come out to look at the roof again in December 2010. He left me one message to call him. When I called back, he said he was busy and that I needed to call later. When I called back several days later, his tone of voice was agitated. He told me he promised he would call me. It is May (6 months later) and he has never called back. Don't bother with him, you business is not important to him at all. He made an appointment to come to my house one Saturday for the initial service, and never showed up. I stated home waiting, he never called to cancel. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere if you want any customer service at all.
