Bid was about half for a well known brand of what another company wanted for an off brand with bad reviews. Tom was able to jump start our dying system twice while we were waiting for our loan to be approved. Crew arrived on time, and were very courteous. They thoroughly explained the new system and what we needed to do to keep it running. Didn't balk at all when we asked them to install a thermostat that we purchased.

ARC was great! The owner or co- owner came out to give us an estimate for a new unit upon our request and explained what they we be doing and also pointed out some errors in the neighboring units at out condo. They also said they could do it the next day which was great. Their quote was slightly lower than anyone else's but that is not why I chose them. They seemed to have very good customer service. The installers were wonderful. They were very respectful and cleaned up the area and worked nonstop. I would definitely call ARC again.

I really felt bad calling Arc Electric on a Holiday but we tried everything within our knowledge to get our furnace going.  Our furnace went out New Years Eve but I waited and I called Arc on New Years Day morning and they were out by noon to fix out furnace.  I thought they would charge an arm and a leg(and I wouldn't blame them) since Dave had to work on his day off.   Dave found the issue immediately and had to replace a part that he had available.  I have been using Arc Electric since 1998.  Originally I used them only for electric.  I just realized a few years ago that they were heating and cooling as well.  Now i used them for all 3 services.
They are always very fair on their prices.  They are fast and professional.  Thanks Dave and Arc Electric.

Arc's price was very good and they were always prompt with calls and emails.  The work was completed in one day by 2 electricians even though it was a pretty big job to move the meter box and install an entirely new breaker box.  Inspection passed with no problem.
The only problem I had was gmail put their quote in my junk mail folder.

They're wonderful.They come when I call and if I've got an emergency, they'll be there the same day. They've been very professional and I've been very happy with them.

They are very efficient.  They came right away and called when they were on the way.  He was very friendly.  He checked it out and was only here for about a half hour.  I always use them for my furnace.

He was really nice and they were honest with the quote that they gave us.  They did not over charge or anything like that.

Electricians contacted owner to confirm day and time.  They arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently.  No mess, no fuss.  Highly recommend to others and will use them for all electrical needs in the future.  Electricians were very friendly, advised owner of any concerns and informed owner of all changes.

I use Arc Electric anytime I have an issue with my furnace and/or A/C. And I will always call for any future issues. They are professional, prompt, reasonably priced, and willing to explain issues and answer questions. Not much more to say than that.

Bill was on time and surveyed the work. He obtained the needed tools and started. He accessed our attic to re-work the wiring to accommodate a new dual switch (to allow us to have the fan or light or both on at any time). Bill was patient and focused on the task, but was personable. After accessing the attic 3 times, persevering to feed the new line in the wall instead of through the bathroom linen closet (as the previous owner had done), a new switch was installed and voila! the job was complete. We are very pleased with the work.

It was especially helpful that they retracted condensation from one drain to another and the work went well.

They will be cleaning my furnace and replacing filters on they next appointment.
