It's a good a service for the price. The speed is good as well.

The TV service was OK. There were a lot of channels that they die not have in the low package looks MTV AND TRU TV . when it went out it would be out all day. The internet was terrible. We were suppose to be getting 3 Mb and when we did speed test we were only getting 0.20 not even 1Mb.

They were supposed to make everything right with me, but never did. I don't even think they tried, and just told me what I wanted to hear. I requested they discontinue my service so that I can use another provider. If you are considering using this company, just keep in mind what I've been through. They don't seem to be willing to give the customer what they want, they only want the money.

The channels get all fuzzy and staticy. I called them and they don't do much to help. They came over and wouldn't take a minute for us to explain what we thought it was. They continued to say that it wasn't the problem. My friend became angry so the tech decided they wouldn't do anything to help. As soon as I get all moved in we're switching cable companies.

They are a lousy company. My service starts going out even when it's just cloudy outside. There are days on end where I can be sitting watching TV and all the channels will just go out. When you call they tell you that they will send a technician out even though by the time they get here the cable will start working again. I was watching television today and the picture was frozen. I could still hear the program and commercials, but the picture stopped moving. Their customer service people get smart with me when I call and they also have a corporate office number but when you call it it sends you right back to customer service so you can't complain about it.

I had a channel that was messed up and I have called complaining several times and they have done nothing about it. The customer service is horrible. They are a monopoly. There is a cable company that can service the area right next to us but in my apartment complex they are the only ones allowed to service us. They know that, so they take advantage of me. I have given them every chance in the world to improve and they don't.
