He was punctual, professional & knowledgeable. Also, courteous & very computer literate.

"The client, was unhappy that we had raised our prices. she thought the price was per hour basis. The prices are based on the job's that are completed. Over all the job price was only raised $5.00. $2.50 per item. They have not tried to ask us any questions as to why the price was raised. We have tried contacting the client a few times and can never get a response from them. Prices were raised due to the gas prices raising. We are a mobile company and drive to the location. Prices will adjust when it comes to fuel prices going up and down. If the client would like we will offer them a 20% discount on the next work completed by us for them. But we do have to adjust prices to stay competitive."
