Service was poor and got worse

I have given these people about a year of my time. They are a small independently owned and operated business. I really like to spend my money on locally owned business'  and have tried over and over to work with these people. They never come at the same time. They are supposed to pick up on Thursdays. Sometimes they come at midnight the night before. Usually they come in the morning but you just never know with these people. Sometimes they don't come until Saturday. Sometimes they don't come at all. Whenever I try to call them, they don't answer my call or even bother to return them until I leave a dozen messages. Trust me when I say this is the most unprofessional local level service I have ever used. It isn't worth saving 10 dollars every 3 months to go with these guys, I promise you will be disappointed with their service. They actually left my nieghbors trash in their driveway for 3 weeks! I could smell it from across the street when I went to check my mail!
