Mr. Keen was our go to guy when he was located in the greater Hampton Roads area. On time , affordable, and quality work. He was really good at dumbing down his great trade knowledge into terms we could understand as first time home owners. 757 is flooded with other professional but we haven’t found one that measures up to Mr. Keen’s standards. Sad is no longer in our area but would recommend him for any job in any state.

Clint drove to Owensboro to help me with a significant plumbing issue. Did a fantastic job, when he left the bathroom was mess free and everything working. Awesome individual God centered.

On a Saturday evening, we had a small plumbing emergency that the city couldn’t take care of. No one in the city’s office, police station wasn’t answering, etc. I called Mr. Keen to schedule a service appointment & no sooner than I did, the city showed up to take care of the problem after waiting hours. I called Keen back to let him know I needed to cancel the appointment & he was nice enough to help me search online for as water heater that was up to specs with the space I was provided with. It really means a lot to someone who’s in the midst of a panic attack to find someone kind enough to help although there ended up not being any pay involved. Kindness goes a long way, but when the kindness & care shows up even when there’s no incentive? That alone is worthy of a mention & good review. People will do anything if they are gaining something from another but it always means more when it’s by choice. Thank you for your time, I wish you the best on your business, you deserve it.
