ClearLinc Broadband

The unlimited wireless Internet service of Clearlinc is the first of its kind out here in Gallitan County. The price is reasonable and the service is good WHEN ITs WORKING ! A young man named John Cain came out to install our wireless Internet. He assured us that the service was very reliable and he rarely got ANY service calls but if there was a problem we could contact him 24/7. Bull!!!! Our Internet is out for an average of 5-7 days every month. I call dozens of times and leave messages with NOT ONE return phone call or email. When I threaten to talk to other customers he then responds by text sending long winded messages of how he tried to reach me but I didn't answer and said my service has not lost signal once ( basically calling me a liar!!). I tried to call him during these messages and the coward would not pick up and talk to me. Now when the service goes out I just hold my breath and hope it returns soon seeing it does no good to call. The only time I hear from this company is when my bill is due. I would love to switch providers but I haven't found another unlimited wireless Internet provider in our area. As soon as there is one Clearlinc is loosing a VERY FRUSTRATED customer!!!!
