It went fine. I was happy with the results. I like the service and that they came out when they said they would. There was one gentleman that completed the job. It took about a couple hours.

Since the job being completed there have been several problems. The sub contractor that Martin and Moore hired did a terrible job. During the job they were to break up concrete around the garage. It got too close to the garage causing the foundation to now collapse. There are 2 cracks in the driveway where rebar was not installed and the sub contractors did a terrible job on the steps. Martin and Moore have yet to come out to redo that portion of the work. They were very responsive to my calls in the beginning but now I can not even get them to return my calls in regards to the repairs. I would possibly hire them again in the future. I'm just not too sure at this time.

CARPET STRETCHING FINE. CLEANING WAS NOT GOOD. AFTER IT DRIED, IT DID NOT LOOK CLEAN AT ALL. WAS TOLD THE TOTAL JOB PRICE WAS GOING TO BE $140.00. CALLED OWNER, AND HE STATED THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN QUOTED THE PRICE OF EACH ROOM PRIOR TO THE WORK BEING COMPLETED. WHEN FINISHED, I WAS CHARGED $254.00. I WAS TOLD TO LET THEM KNOW IF I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. REQUESTED TO BE RE-CLEANED, NO WORD YET.
