This was a large ask and Kelly's brought a team of 4 cleaners in order to get it finished. The team worked after normal hours to get the job done. They were there for a total of 4 or 5 hours working hard to get every nook. The house was very dirty before and was overwhelming for just us to clean. Without Kelly's cleaning service we would be living in a dirty house. I will hire them again for any of my house cleaning needs! For the amount of work they did, their price was super reasonable.

Kelly and her crew have been cleaning for me for almost a year. I have to say I'm very please with the work they do and they do a very thorough job. They are very reliable, professional and friendly. I trust them with a key and feel very safe in giving them access while I'm at work. This is a family business. I've tried many different housekeepers from individuals to cleaning services and Kelly's is one of the best. The only negative I can mention is that she is expensve compared to any other, but it is definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation. I've paid less in the past and gotten much less in the quality of the cleaning. The only time I consider trying someone else is every 2 weeks when I write the check. If you're looking for cheap, go somewere else.

They responded to my request for information about house cleaning by telling me all the things that they would NOT do before even mentioning what their cleaning services covered. I was looking for someone to spruce up an empty, already cleaned and ready for showing, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. What I wanted was basically just get it ready for move in. For that they wanted THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS without even seeing the house. Again, the house is empty. No furniture, nothing to dust, no obstacles to clean around. The attitude and vibe I got was immediately off putting. Too bad because what I didn't get to say was that I was also looking for someone to clean my 4500 sq ft house on a weekly basis. It won't be them.

Kelly and her crew saved me in a pinch. Our house was being sold and we ran out of time to do a deep clean prior to closing. Kelly responded to me directly, worked with me to address our situation and had a team out there in 24 hours. This was my first time using the company and I was beyond impressed, thrilled and thankful for their hard work. I will be using them again.

We were very happy with them. They did a good job. They did general housecleaning in our apartment. It took 2 of them 3 hours. They were a little late getting here. I would use this company again in the future.

They are very time accomodating and flexible. Should they need to come in early or late, they will do anything they can to make it happen.

She does very good work. They are able to work with your schedule which is great.
