Hired this plumbing company and they are awful. Replaced my fittings with shark bites. Spoke with the office manager and he becsme pirate saying that it?s my fault they used shark bites. And he doesn?t care because his reviews are awesome. Well they suck. Call Dixon plumbing. They were able to fix all the half ass shit this company did

The workers arrived on time. They explained everything they were doing and asked approval for anything where there were options. They cleaned up when they were finished. They were polite and professional. I would hire them again.

We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs.

My sump pump stopped working. Rob called me back and was so very helpful. He sent a guy over the next day even though they were booked solid. He looked at the radar and it was supposed to rain and he said he couldn t let that happen with my sump pump not working. The service was completed and it was done with such professionalism!! I ll definitely be calling them for any plumbing service I need!!

They did a good job. Friendly and upbeat. Would have liked a lower fee - but who wouldn't. Their fee was commensurate or a little bit less than others I called.

Completed a water heater replacement next day for less than half the price another company quoted me for. Couldn't be happier
