+ -1 moreMark Woodrum has been working on our pool installation since November and has given us excuse after excuse as to why our pool is still not complete. For several months, he had no crew at all. He is not a company with several crews working simultaneously, as he leads customers to believe. He has four or five men, two of whom are part-time. Crew is nice and don't like how each customer is so frustrated. This project has been a horrible experience and it is unlikely we will be able to swim before school starts up again in August.
