Very well. All sprinkler heads were checked, a few were found to be bad (the system is 12 years old) and replaced at what I felt was a very reasonable price. They took the time to explain exactly how to program the system as we had moved in late the year before and I had not heard the instructions from the prior owner. I was very pleased with their approach and patience when doing this extra step.

"Thank you for your input. The process of winterizing is the same process of everday operation except we are blowing air through your system instead of water. During this process, each zone is pressurized with air and pops up the spray heads on that zone. Initially water will blow out of each head (like normal operation) then eventually air. The mulch, therefore, would have ended up in the driveway when you operated the system. With that explaination, I will make our service reps aware of this concern and clean up after themselves. This company was very easy to work with. They came out for an estimate within a few days. Once I told them I selected them, the work started the next week. They went out of their way to be accomodating for my schedule. I will continue to use them in the future.

I am using them right now. So far they have been great to work with. They are working with and maintaining an older system and they have not pressured me to upgrade the system, which I appreciate. They have been great so far to work with.

It has been very good. He is very responsive, he is always quick to help, he always gets the job done, he is very knowledgeable and always does a good job. Very reasonable price and it varies by the job.
