He did a very nice job. He was willing to bead small jobs, instead of looking at everything we need to have done, and seeing big dollar sign, saying "Oh I just did the whole job, and do it all", assuming we would hire him that way. He would call us back and confirm when he was coming or when he couldn't come. In general, all around of what we would've expected  a good contractor date. Honestly, he was the one who told us what he was going to do, and it sounded right. It wasn't that way, just comparing him with any other prices. But we had an opportunity to ask him to drop his price, because he didn't have to take out many of the already installed deck boards. The quality of his work is very good.

Very punctual. Reasonably priced. He had to work around my schedule so this job took him two days. He was there when he said he would be and very qualified. Very easy to talk with and he explained what he was going to do and how much the cost would be before he started the job. I would definitely call on this company again!

I had a very satisfactory experience with Willams Construction.  Mr. Williams explained everything he intended to do for each job.  He was prompt, efficient and meticulous.  His work was that of an expert craftsman.

This gentleman did an outstanding job on several different projects. Highly recommend him. Honest and very fair. We were very impressed with his expertise and quality of work. Did what he said he would do in a timely manner at a fair price and completed the project on schedule.
