I am so unbelievably pleased with the service Mr. Roberts provided for me. I got numerous quotes from other landscapers and not only did Mr. Roberts out do them price wise (unknowingly) - but the service he provides in helping to chose the right trees and plants was very valuable to me. I didn't just want help getting and planting the trees - I wanted advice on what trees to chose, which ones would be best for my needs, etc. I did not want the typical pear tree/maple tree/pine tree. He understood that and helped me find trees that fit what I wanted and explained the pros/cons of each. I did not get that with the other folks who quoted stuff to me. None of them came up with trees that were a little different and some of them even tried to upsell their irrigation systems to me (that's like a $3,000 cost! I just wanted three trees!). I have decided to utilize his services this spring to hopefully redo my flower beds. I understand that he was previously employed with a larger landscaping firm that went out of business and now he is working out of his home. Being a single female - I normally begrudge getting the bill for any service I have done because I think I am continually taken advantage of regarding price gouging. I can attest that Mr. Roberts has redeemed my faith that not everyone is out to rip me off! I would absolutely recommend him.
