daughter's bathroom had sprung a leak and flooded our basement floor.
As a result we had to shut the water off to the house (the leak was
between the turn-off valve and the outside line, so we couldn't just
shut off the water to the individual sink). We also needed to get the
carpet dried out before it molded, so we had to shut off the a/c to the
house and use the shop vac and open windows to aid in a quick dry time.
It was over 90* outside and it felt like I was going to die! Every
ceiling fan in the house was going @ top speed...Ian fit us into an
already busy day, even delaying his own dinner break. He and his
assistant had our problem fixed in just a little over an hour (and that
was including running to town to get a part). They both were extremely
courteous, efficient, neat and friendly and the cost was much less than I
had anticipated based on previous experience with "same day service"
plumbers. All work is guaranteed for 12 months, also :) We are
definitely calling Ian again in the future for both planned updates and
if there are any further emergencies. I highly recommend The 24 Hour
Plumber.
