I had a water heater that needed repair. After the second service call I was advised to replace both elements which Casey's did. This did not resolve the problem and I was unsuccessful in contacting his office for two days even though his worker gave me his cell phone number to contact him if the issue was still unresolved. Close to midnight on the second day I receive two texts from Brian Casey. The first text was a homophobic slur directed at me personally telling me to "just live with it" (my water heater) and the second text was an inappropriate sexual remark followed by "get a real life thanks!"These texts came from Brian Casey's cell phone number. If you are looking for an unprofessional, slow to respond, offensive plumber in the Radcliff / Ft. Knox / Vine Grove area then Casey's Plumbing is the place for you.

Bryan Casey came over to clean out the main sewage on the house. Bryan Casey spent part of the time snaking out the sump / foundation drain because he thought that was the clean out for the sewage to the house even though it was on the completely opposite end of the house. I went over and told him was not the sewer as far as I knew. He charged me for the time he spent cleaning out the foundation and sump drain even though that was his mistake. When I asked him about it he started cussing and hung up. Totally unprofessional. He then climbed on top of the house and tried to snake out the main sewer line through the risers and that did not work. He finally went into the basement and snaked out the drain line through the cleanout in the basement where he was told to began with that it had been cleaned out there before.

Called to set up covenient time to get leaky tub faucet fixed. Called on Thur and made an appointment for Monday. I was not in a hurry and didn't want to take off work. He came on time4 pm. Diagnosed the problem in a few minutes but didn't have needed parts. He returned next day same time and fixed leak in no time. Very polite and did the job.

Since I was in the process of remodeling the basement and the ceiling was down, it was an opportune time to run a gas line. It took a week or so to work me into their schedule but it was not inconvenient. Very pleasant folks to deal with. They were professional and efficient. I will call them again if/when the need arises.

Casey Plumbing came highly recommended by a neighbor last fall. My outside spigot had the same dripping problem so I called Casey to come out and fix before winter. They came out and had to replace the line which meant going in through the basement ceiling. They did an excellent job. Unfortunatley, the pipeline apparently froze over the winter months because in the spring when I turned the faucet on, no water came through. Instead it was spraying into the basement ceiling. Casy came right out and fixed the problem, free of charge. The line they had installed had split, though I can't understand how because I used one of those outdoor foam faucet covers as I do every year. There was no arguement from Casey at all. Again, they fixed it free of charge. So, when cranking the hot water faucet as hard as I could to shut it off was no longer working, I knew exactly who to call! I'd let it go for quite some time, making sure I went in after family members had showered to make sure the water wasn't dripping but it was getting harder to shut off over time. I was getting ready to go out of town for a week and the thought of the water bill upon my return made me take the initiative to take care of it once and for all.
Casey came and fixed the problem -- making it look so easy. My water bill has gone down already as had the gas bill -- which heated the hot water.
