servicing your plumbing needs including faucets, toilets, water heaters, remodels, valves, water lines, I enjoy meeting new people each day, I have been plumbing since 1998 and have recently started my company in January of 2016, Each day brings something new. Mr. Van Dusen was very friendly and polite. He opened up the sump pit and examined and checked the entire system - main sump and backup sump pump. He also examined and checked the backup battery. He found that the main sump pump was not working, which activated the backup sump pump. He then opened up the circuit breaker box and saw that the breaker supplying electricity to the sump pumps was loose and turned off. When the breaker was put back and turned on, the sump pumps worked and the battery backup case stopped beeping. Everything was working, The entire visit lasted under 45 minutes. I am pleased with Mr. Van Dusen's work and will hire him again for future plumbing work.

Jason came out on a Saturday and quickly identified the problems. He replaced the flapper inside the toilet and installed new shutoff valve like faucet. Very reasonable and courteous.

Excellent...showed up within an hour - took care of the problem and was very tidy and professional. Left everything like he was never here and did not overcharge. Very pleasant experience! I will call Jason again for future plumbing work.

Called a couple of other plumbers that weren't able to come that late afternoon on a Wednesday or that week at all. This was an emergency. Jason responded after finishing a previous call. He arrived and had the leak plugged quickly. A#1 workman. Fair pricing. Would definitely use again.

I called Jason at 8:00 a.m., he was here at 10:00 a.m. He was available to do the job and had a fair price. He had to go get a part to finish the job and came back and was finished by noon. He did a great job and I am very happy with the new water softener. I know who I will be calling again in the future with my plumbing needs. Thanks Jason!

The finishing work will be done in the spring; however, the rough plumbing and venting is completed and we are very happy with the results. Jason was very competitive and professional throughout the process. The inspection passed without any issues. Jason is very thorough, reliable and does not cut corners.

Jason was not only able to come on short notice, he was able to come earlier than expected. Awesome. Work was finished in under an hour even though there was additional issues to get our toilet working again. Quick, professional and no mess. We are very grateful. Even the charges were a lot less than we thought.

VanDusen installed within 2 days of submitting our purchase order for a special order toilet. They got the toilet replaced, tested for leaks and everything cleaned up quickly. I thought they did excellent work all around.
