Welcomed our two dogs and made us feel comfortable about leaving them all week.  Called to check on them throughout the week, and they were happy to let us know how they were doing.

The staff greeted me promptly. They listened patiently to the detailed instructions that I gave - there were many details! They were open to follow up questions even though they were obviously very busy. I was able to call while I was out of town to add/delete service options. When my husband picked up my dog early, they were still able to provide grooming services requested and have the dog available at a convenient time. There was food returned with the dog (I had provided his food and supplements) and I had a concern about this. I called and there were detailed notes on my account as to how the dog handled the experience which explained everything.
It was all very pleasant. Having a vet on call 24/7 is a wonderful comfort - especially a vet that is completely familiar with greyhounds. I feel like they know me and my dog as individuals.
