My wife called this company on a Friday and reached an answering machine. Left a message that we would like an estimate on a heat pump system. They never returned our call so she called again on a Tuesday and still reached an answering machine. This time she did not leave a message. We got other quotes with other companies and purchased a new heat pump system from another local company. Not a good way to run a business.

He was punctual, it was an insufferable day heat wise. I was extremely pleased overall.
Description of Work: He did an excellent job, was polite and clean. I do feel as though I was overcharged.

Arrived on a Saturday two hours after the initial call. Installed our units when we bought our house. Extremely pleased with services provided over the years.
Description of Work: Repaired outside unit. Replaced broken part.

We’ve used him for years. They’ve been able to take care of any issues that we’ve had right away. They’ve always provided us with very good service. I’ve never had any trouble getting in touch with him.
