Mr Semone came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and we had hot water again. We used them before to do some other plumbing and would recommend him anytime.

On 10/23/12 a young man came to install a new kitchen sink/faucet/soap dispenser and a new dishwasher and new toilet and bathroom sink. I noticed that he had a part left after installing the sink. He told me that it was a counterweight, and that it was unnecessary and he never installs them. It was thrown out. I later realized that this was why the flexible pipe inside the sprayer faucet is difficult to slide back in when you are done with it. I have called twice to the main number to speak with someone but no one ever returns my call even though I never mentioned why I was calling. I just left my name and number and asked them to call me back. The other issue is about a year after he installed the hall bathroom faucet, which does not get a lot of use, it became very loose as if it was not secured at all. I had to pay another plumber to come fix it. He said it was missing a part down there and he had one in his truck and fixed it. That was Joe Elam, my new favorite plumber. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. The Kitchen sink faucet is also wobbly from day one. When I tried it out I noticed it right away and mentioned it. He went back under the sink to tighten it and told me if he tightened it any more he was afraid he would break it. So I just lived with it. Then this week, I called the manufacturer, American Standard, and the said that if it was installed according to the directions, it would not be wobbly at all. They are mailing me the instructions and hopefully we can fix that ourselves. I am so disappointed in Jeff Semones Plumbing. Especially because they never returned my call so they could make it right with me. I had to pay another plumber $100 to fix what I already paid them to do. Thank God for Angies List where I found my new wonderful plumber.

His work and professionalism were great. His punctuality and responsiveness to calls were the problem. On one occasion I could not get a return phone call until I left a message asking if I needed to contact another plumber. He was never on the job at the time he said he would be and did not call saying he would be late. If good quality work is what is important to you, I would highly recommend him. If you want good communication and responsiveness I would not recommend him.

I have used Jeff Semones over the years for various plumbing needs. I always find that his services are reasonably priced and I've never had a problem with something he's fixed.

Their price was very reasonable. They came out the same day. Some plumbers weren't dressed nice.

We discovered the broken pipe when remodeling the bathroom. They arrived at our home on time and they were very polite and professional. The work was performed exactly as it was described to us, and they went out of their way to make sure that the repair was done as quickly and easily as possible. We will definitely use them for all future plumbing repairs.

Jeff showed up on time, had the parts to fix the toilet on hand and fixed it. He then went on to the outdoor spigots and repaired all three. He explained each repair to me clearly and answered all my questions.

It has gone very well. He is very fair, thorough, and gives good explanations. Also he answers to emergencies very well. He is very helpful too. His price seems fair. I always get somebody to come out, even at night.

Semone's is always reliable when asked to do work. Will schedule appointments or will work customers in if it's an emergency. Shows up, does the work and bills in a timely manner.
