We recently experienced the loss of our oldest and first family dog. Over the last couple of weeks of her life, Dr. Ashley Keith provided excellent and thoughtful services to our dog and our family. We couldn't be happier with the care he showed us throughout the process. It was a difficult decision we had to make to put her down and he was with us every step of the way.

Dr. Keith is dynamic, energetic and clearly loves what he does. He provided loving attention to our dog and gave us smart suggestions to prevent further problems. He was timely, the staff was curteous, and the clinic was very nice. But the real icing on the cake was the attention he showed my daughter, who is bright and curious (like most kids!). He answered all her questions (which had nothing to do with dogs!) and encouraged rather than dismissed her interest. He even showed her his collection of (deceased and frozen!) snakes!! It was the most fun I'd had at a vet's office. Ever. Later, he called to check on our dog, as well as to send a personalized note in the mail thanking us for allowing him to care for her. Really happy with him.

I really like Crossroads Veterinary Clinic because they provide personalized service. They spend a lot of time with each client and you're not rushed.
