I suspect they sent recover disks for the wrong model of laptop. I have dealt with their customer support and it has been very poor. They won't verify the information about my computer, they just want me to send the disks back. I am a technician by trade, and know the correct information to ask. The disks they sent look authentic, but they could be fake. So far I don't recommend using this company.
