 + 1 moreWorkers were extremely professional and the work was of the highest quality. Would certainly use him and recommend him to anyone. Wasn't the least expensive bid but we certainly got what we paid for.
Description of Work: Repaired flashing high-up at the top of a residential chimney. Installed metalwork to make a few nooks and crannies of my roofline inaccessible for racoons.

 + 0 moreThis work was done years ago, but even now contractors who've been up on the roof to clean gutters, patch the metal roof or scrape and paint comment on the high quality of work they did. Wayne's crew was there for a couple of weeks or more. They were extremely considerate and polite, and what sticks in my mind is that they played classical music on their radios rather than blasting out country or rock. Wayne's a pro and his workers do an excellent job.
Description of Work: They replaced and/or relined all the box gutters on our two-story home that was built in 1865.

Description of Work: REPAIR AND RESTORATION OF CORBELS AND FLASHING ON 175 YEAR OLD HOME, INCLUDING ALL CARPENTRY WORK, TO REPLACE TRIM AND TO 'FASHION' NEW CORBELS THAT WERE EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE AND DESIGN AS THE EXISTING CORBELS.

Description of Work: New chimney flashing, built a custom raccoon-proof grate, and closed some gaps between the chimney and house. Wayne recommended a solution to a raccoon problem we had on the roof and we were very pleased with his creative (and attractive) solution.
