After meeting with Chris Byrne, the owner, he explained the type of work they are experienced in doing and that they were open to work with new building innovative techniques. They reviewed my architectural drawings and came in around $21,000 with extras along the way. They worked closely with my foundation/concrete and excavation contractors to massage conditions to work to my benefit and well for other future trades. The framing process for the +/-3,400 took approximately 8 weeks given a few unexpected delays. They were very easy to work with and Chris was very professional and responsive to my questions or concerns. He was quick to return calls and kept me informed of when he would not be on my jobsite and what the reason was. The only comments the building Inspector had during the framing inspection involved a couple items that were quickly remedied. I would contract with Chris Byrne of Byrne Builders the next home I design or build.
