Wills Plumbing

Contacted Wills for an estimate on installing a gas line on a new home construction project.  We arranged to meet in order discuss the specifics.  He was on time an very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  We agreed to the terms and to the date and time of the installation, all on a handshake.  He arrived with all materials needed and completed the job.  He had to bore holes through outside walls and wall studs in order to run the pipe through the walls.  When I went to the house later that day, I noticed that he had cleaned up all the wood shavings from boring; could not even tell he had been there except for seeing the iron pipe for the gas. He had called me to let me know that he had finished and that we could meet the next day to settle up.  We ended up meeting two days later and again he was on time.  He even did a walk through of the  house identifying some issues and providing recommendations on how to properly correct them.
