 + 2 moreTim Hard of River City Contracting did not pay any of his subcontractors. He then proceeded to not finish the project, and cease any communication between our company. The subcontractors put a lien on our property, and Tim left about 10,000 dollars richer and the job unfinished.
Description of Work: River City Contracting Proposes to: Complete the remodel of the single-family home as described in the scope of work, to include: General Hauling/Dumpster Exterior Rebuild fence above driveway retaining wall. Repair deck boards that are broken or in disrepair Clean/Stain Back decks, re-attach metal railing Power wash/ clean siding/windows/soffit and gutters Remove vines from chimney Landscaping Trim Bushes in front and back yards $150.00Clean-up and remove all debris Interior Ensure all windows function correctly Drywall repair throughout. Wall prep/paint according to color scheme. Paint trim/doors/windows Complete cleaning after job is done. Kitchen Match up cabinets and install 5 missing cabinets. Install Granite Counter tops (New Venetion Gold) Install tile backsplash. Install new appliances. Install existing sink, new garbage disposal and faucet Remove section of wall between kitchen and adjoining room Master Bath Remove/replace toilet. Remove existing shower stall, replace with a shower pan, tile walls, and new full glass door Install new vanity Clean Jacuzzi tub and ensure it works Install new shower head Paint current wall tile Install floor tile over existing tile Master Bedroom Remove existing wall between closet and bedroom, remove soffit in same area,Expand room to new wall tied into existing wall, build new door wall, install pocket Door for walk-in closet, remove attic fan Install 8 recessed lighting in soffit (electrical)Install fan (electrical)Install hidden wall safe Laundry Room Move existing water supply lines. Drain, electric, and vent for a stackable washer and dryer in existing closet, reconfigure area Upstairs Bedroom w/ Bath Install new fan.
