Interior Painting
He painted a latex paint over the baseboard that had an oil based paint on it. He didn't text the paint on there first. I noticed this when new carpeting was put down. During the installation of the new carpeting the paint started coming off in strips. He did come back to sand and repaint the baseboard. I had to pay for the materials and he has not reimbursed me for that cost.
