My first contact with them, they instantly tried to show me homes above the budget I'd requested. When I was called about "the perfect home", I reluctantly agreed to go since it was so far out of my budget. After looking at the home and again saying it was out of my budget, my agent became rushed and irritated. As we were leaving, I stepped into the backyard to look some more and overheard the agent and their associate complaining about my demands and just never apparently going to afford any home. When I found a nice home in my budget, she handed me off to someone else. We decided to purchase the home. The new agent was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us in any way we could, but she wasn't very knowledged in any of the questions we had.
