Jack was very polite and professional. He does what he says he will when he says he will do it, a rare trait in contractors I've worked with recently. After I contacted Jack, he went by our vacant lot to provide an estimate, and the work actually ended up costing less than his maximum estimate. He charges $75 an hour.
When his equipment broke down the day before he was supposed to mow our lot, he called to inform me of this, and then called again when it was fixed to let me know he was on his way out there. After he finished the work, he took a photo of the mowed lot and emailed it to me so I wouldn't have to drive out there (I live about 20 minutes away) and verify the work was done.
He submitted a professional invoice by email. I will use his services again if I need more mowing/bushogging.
