I couldn't be happier with the end product or the work process. Ian was a true pleasure to work with. He thoroughly explained what he would do and how he would do it. He listened to my list of wants and made valuable suggestions during the design process. He respected my home and cleaned up after every day. He was receptive to minor changes I requested after the project began. He did more than I asked. He is professional and customer centric. The end result looks high-end and totally custom, at a fraction of the cost. My only regret is not doing this earlier.
