 + -1 moreI hired this provider to help me determine if there were any hidden problems with my house before I start some renovating. I needed someone who could provide me information to make a plan of action. This gentleman listened to my concerns and addressed them specifically. After I expressed concern about the soffit over my carport, he actually removed some of the paneling to take a good look at the underlying structure. He was courteous, did not mess up my carpet, and was calm when my dog first met him. He established a good rapport with both me and the dog. The report was emailed to me the next day. I would recommend him and I would hire him again.
