They answered my call when I first called, and were able to promptly service my needs by coming out the next morning. They called the next morning when they were on their way to my house.
When I spoke to them on the phone he told me is hourly rate was $65 plus parts. It cost $125 for them to fix my leaking tub by replacing some PVC piping and drain assembly. They were also able to fix the sewage smell in my laundry room by installing a trap. When all was said and done they charged $75 for labor and $50 for parts.
I found them to be affordable, reliable, and they did my plumbing :)
