Ryan came to unclog the bathroom drain. In doing so, the pipes were damaged. He then cut a hole in the ceiling to reach the pipes, uninstalled the broken pieces. He then said he would be back to complete the job, but, NEVER SHOWED and didn't communicate that he wouldn't return.
