Mortgage Companies
They told me I was approved for a loan and we went through all the steps. I paid for an appraisal on the house. 5 days before closing they told me they could not acquire the loan because the underwriter did not want to continue due to the declining market. When you have days before closing, finding another broker after you have already been through an entire process at a 5.7% rate is extremely difficult and disappointing. I feel this company is not trustworthy.
