Easy Moving and Freight

Wow - what a smooth move! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Movers took extra care with my pieces, and placed everything exactly where I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to use again, and highly recommend their services.

It is not often when a move goes as smoothly as this one. It was timely and the team were exceptionally courteous. They are experienced movers doing things like covering the door jams with moving pads to avoid scratches. They worked well as a team. Although I was initially concerned with paying an hourly rate I was impressed with how hard they worked and did not waste any time. Their efforts were constant and well planned as they moved each room.

Ronnie and his team members arrived on time and after going over everything to be done, got to work. Their professionalism, including speech was the utmost and refreshing. The attention to detail as well as making sure everything was accomplished with no damage to the pieces moved nor either home, was the best we had experienced when hiring a company to move us. across our many moves throughout our life.

Great, Ronnie and his crew are very professional and great to work with. They went above and beyond with this move by helping me get heavy furniture out of my basement and in my garage so I could sell it. Once at our destination there were others moving into the building which caused delays in using the elevator, but they did not complain and maintained their professional attitudes. They took great care of everything they were moving and made sure they didn't damage the home I was leaving or the one I was moving in to.

Very well. The crew worked steadily and hard until the job was done many hours later. They were very professional, patient, and courteous. Although the price may sound high, I priced around and they were competitive. It took them a long time to move everything. They were aware that they were being paid by the hour, but did what they could to expedite the move, without being careless. I wish I had pictures to show all that they moved.

Easy Moving and Freight always does a fantastic job! My husband and I moved mid-October and it was our third time using Easy Moving. I honestly cannot imagine having to move any other way now. Not only are they great at their jobs, all of the guys are respectful, personable, and courteous. For our move we had three guys that showed up exactly when they said they would, loaded the truck up quicker than we ever expected, and efficiently unloaded at our new house. I am grateful that we found such a fantastic moving company that treated all of our possessions as their own (not one thing broke in the move!), and provide exceptional customer service. I recommend Easy Moving to everyone I know that's moving! Thank you guys for all you did to make our move as easy as possible!

This company went above and beyond my expectations. Ronnie (owner), is polite, strong, hard-working, & compassionate. Moving can be difficult, as it was in my situation, but Ronnie, Craig & Scott made the move effortless. They took amazing care of every piece they moved, not a scratch on anything, not even a nick in any wall. They are lower in price than their competitors, and you won't find better movers. Great people.  Highly recommend.  FIVE STARS!!

Ronnie and co. recently helped us move about 3 hours to Northern Kentucky.  Ronnie was able to give me a very good estimate of times and a fair quote over the phone without having ever seen my house or all my stuff!  He based his estimate off a detailed list that I provided him of the big furniture plus my estimate for number of boxes.  He discussed with me at the time that my quote was based on that and if I had left something out or underestimated the number of boxes that he may have to adjust the price to account.  I was fine with that as the number of boxes truly was more of a guestimate than estimate at that point.

Easy Moving and Freight were able to do the move in one day while other movers wanted at least 2 if not 3 days to do the move.  They were only slightly later than they had told me they would be arriving but called well before hand to let me know they were running late.  With a move 3+ hours away things happen.  They did, however, arrive at the new expected time and were extremely professional and courteous, all wearing company shirts and in a nice looking newer truck.

As I said above, the move itself went almost exactly as Ronnie had foretold right down to the number of hours to load and unload.  Nothing was broken and they placed all the boxes in the appropriate room when unloading. They even moved a bunch of boxes for us that had mistakenly been put in the garage instead of the basement before leaving.

These guys worked hard and remained professional throughout the day.  I've had other moving companies in the past where guys show up in a repainted truck from one of the self-moving companies and they complain all day and act completely unprofessional.  That definitely wasn't the case here.  Ronnie did adjust the price slightly at the end of the day because my estimate on boxes was almost half what it truly ended up being.  The adjustment, however, was very reasonable at only around 12-15%.  Even after the adjustment Easy Moving still ended up being cheaper than I had expected to pay.

We were very pleased with the level of service offered by this company. They were very responsive and were able to accomplish what they promised initially. The move was from Cincinnati to Chicago and it was done in one day. We didn't miss a day away from our beds. The price was right as well. Good sense of humor, courteous, reliable.

It was a great moving experience, if there is such a thing. I live in Columbus and was trying to find a mover in Cincinnati to move my daughter to Chicago. I found Ronnie at Easy Moving and Freight and could not have been more pleased. He actually returned my phone call on a Saturday night and was very willing on the spot to do the job. It was easy for my daughter and I to both keep in contact with him, they arrived at the time he had promised, and loaded the van quickly and efficiently. one very big plus was he promised that they'd drive that very day to Chicago and unload the van, rather than load one day, drive and unload the next, which is what is commonly done. It was smooth, uncomplicated, and both Ronnie and his partner were complete professionals. I feel very fortunate to have found Easy Moving and Freight since I had to arrange this long distance -- they were terrific!
