I was very disappointed in the level of customer service from this location. The sales rep came and measured our project. We told him we wanted the blinds to go all the way past the door frame. Since it was a large opening, they had the installers come to verify his measurements. Again, we noted that the blinds should clear the door frame. But when the blinds arrived, they didn't clear the door. Then we waited 3 more weeks for the new one to come in. They insisted that I had to pay extra for the difference in size, which is ridiculous. On top of that, we had another blind that they installed that was too long. My husband got into a heated argument with them that he wanted it fixed before they fixed that one. For customer service, this place stinks!

They were great. Good service. Came out with many books to look at different shades and blinds. Helpful in picking something out. Quick order and quick installation. I would recommend their service.
