In today's world, what is worth to be able to have someone come into your home, whether you're there or not, and trust that they treat your home as if it is their own? A Simple Solution is extremely professional, prompt, hard-working and honest. That is hard to find in a cleaning company, and I have been through many. So many times, when I wouldn't be home, and then come home to find things skipped and not the cleaning I would have gotten had I been home. I appreciate all their hard work and consider them part of our family. It is a luxury for me to be able to afford someone like Stephanie and I would also be a personal reference if she needs that. Being a small business owner myself, she has proven to be very successful and it would be my recommendation to hire her. If price is an issue, she will work through that and you won't be disappointed. What a great company!

OK- when I spoke to them at estimate, they said would use all the cleaning products that I requested. Wanted things waxed and polished and was told that would be done. The surfaces looked nice, but I expected a more thorough, deep cleaning. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding, but when I suggested use of my products to clean, they said theirs was better.

This is an individually owned and worked company. It was an unusual cleaning situation in that it was plaster dust floor cleaning, ledge and sill dusting, appliances and bathroom fixtures only. She fixated on the hardwood floors (which did not need waxing) and ignored other floors. The baths and appliances were moderately clean. The dusting was incomplete.

I love the service Stephanies provides. She is very professional yet warm and friendly; very energetic and a hard worker. Stephanie is very efficient and punctual. However, if she needs to change the time that she will be at the house, she always calls to ensure it is workable for us. Most importantly, she does a great job cleaning our home. It is so fresh looking and smelling after she's been here. If by chance, I do notice something that Stephanie may have missed, she has no problem discussing the issue and correcting it if need be. She encourages that type of communication.
Stehphanie is also flexible. On more than 1 occasion, she has been more than willing to work with me on changing weeks or days to accomodate a party.
As far as pricing, Stephanie worked with me to create the perfect schedule that fit our pocketbook. I would definitely recommend A Simple Solution to anybody looking for someone top-notch to clean their home.

I've been searching for a cleaning service for months and Stephanie was the answer to my prayers. She does great work. Stephanie is very professional, always on time, upbeat and full of energy. She works with you to get the type of cleaning service you want at a price you can afford. She uses eco friendly cleaning supplies that do the job, but without strong oders. If you prefer something different, she will accomodate. I was worried when I moved into a larger house that I wouldn't be able to afford a cleaning service any longer, but Stephanie worked with me to create a cleaning schedule that fit my needs and my pocketbook. I recommend Stephanie to all my friends.

A Simple Solution has been my cleaning company for a few years now but I just had to write another review based on recent experiences. Stephanie and her workers do an outstanding job! They are always responsive and thorough. I never have to worry about them taking care of our things.... they are so careful! And, they are completely reliable. I love being able to just rely on them to take charge of what needs to be done and get it done. But they are also always helpful when there is a special situation, as when I had some special guests coming and needed some extras worked in.

A Simple Solution has been cleaning for me for 4 years now. Not only do they do a professional job, but they are hard-working and honest, and I definitely do not have a problem with them in my house when I am not home; in fact, they have their own key. I have requested additional services in the past such as hand-wiping down my baseboards and all my woodwork, cabinets, etc., and they have been very fair in pricing and do a great job. I have been through many cleaning people because I am very particular, and I have finally found a company that is consistent and I notice they do "extra" things that other companies would nickel and dime you to death. I would highly recommend this company and if you choose someone else, it's your loss!

I am extremely pleased with the work from this company. Stephanie has been professional, responsive and taken great care of our house and belongings. They are careful and thorough and work quickly. She has always been good about scheduling and flexible when I needed to make changes in the schedule.

Stephanie (owner of company) provided on-site quote in reasonable time frame from when initial phone call was made. Cleaning has been overall good quality based on charged fee. There have been a few items missed and I wish they could be a little more thorough but I am very picky and have to realize they would have to charge more due to the time required to meet these requests. The owner is open to feedback on cleaning and corrects anything that was missed on the follow-up cleaning. She is very professional and listens to the customer. Bottom line is that if you need a "good" houskeeping service, I would recommend "A Simple Solution".

At first she was doing a good job. After the first year, things went downhill. I felt like they were there to see how fast they could get out of our house. I have a dog and cat and there would be animal hair left in the house and dust on the tables, so I decided to hire someone new.

"We definately regret that The Member was not satisfied with our services. We take great pride in making sure our cleaning services exceed expectations while also providing a very competitive price. In this situation, when we began servicing this client, we agreed upon a fee of $60 per cleaning based on what the client wanted cleaned. At first, this worked out well. As things went along, the client asked for more time consuming and detailed cleaning services. We did our best to provide as much of this additional work as possible at the original quote, but we eventually were unable to complete all requested tasks for that price. We discussed with the client how we could either rotate some of the things she wanted done on every other service or we could raise the price of service to a very reasonable $75. She really wasn't interested in either option. Again, we truly value all of our clients, but especially our Angie's List clients and we work very hard to make sure they are all very satisfied. We regret that The Member was ultimately unsatisfied and will always continue to look for ways to be more creative in our services to work with anyone's budget. Thank you for the feedback! They are good. They are reasonably reliable. They make an effort. They have a plan when they come and they agree on what they will do and they do it. They clean the bathroom, kitchen and dust.

Stephanie has been cleaning for me since 08/07/08. I am very particular about cleaning my house, and I also have asthma so I do not want dust around at all. I like the fact that she has a list of regular things she does that most people and/or companies don't even include, and also a list of extra things. She is very fair about working with you on a price for cleaning. She is the third person I have hired to clean my house and I can honestly say I've found someone that I am very happy with.

The lead person who comes owns the company. She is very accountable and reasonable to talk to. She always encourages us to let her know if there is anything we are worried about. They do a good job with the cleaning.

Stephanie was professional to work with in setting everything up. I called a few companies and she was one of the only ones to call me back. (The other company who called back gave me a quote that was twice as much as Stephanie's). She gave me a written quote after going through the house, then we were able to start the service within the week. The quality of the cleaning was good. I feel comfortable having her in my house.

She asks that the homeowner supply cleaning supplies, which is not unreasonable given her prices for cleaning. I also like knowing what products she is using to clean the house. She was on time and delivered on everything she promised on her quote. The house looked great - our hardwood floors were gleaming.
