He is a complete joke, the job is still not complete. My roof leaked terribly this past winter as I had to have a reputable contractor finish his half-a** work, The Front Door of my home was ordered three (3) separate times and each time it came being the wrong size, he has left this wrong-size replacement door in my garage for nearly two (2) years now. The front window he replaced was replaced with the wrong style window which he finally did get this corrected. During the roof repair, he left a vent pipe off and didn't properly seal the metal flashing around this vent which has caused drywall damage in my home, his drywall  subcontractor has made numerous appointments with me to look into this problem but she has canceled at that last minute each time !!!!!!!!!!!!  Two other windows were supposed to be replaced which he never even touched !!!!! I have drywall damage throughout my home and garage as a result of his half-a** work. I have contacted him (documented) at least  25 time regarding his half-a** work and all I get is excuses and his sad story about a "Troubling Time" in his life all the while I sit in a $325,000.00 home that leaks water and has been half-assed repaired by a crook !!!!
     This guy is a crook and cannot  be trusted. He has communicated to me several times that he has been going through some troubling times in his life. However, I believe after giving him two (2) years now, this was more than fair and should have allowed him ample time to complete the d*** work he was contracted to do and he just didn't do his job.  Its a d*** shame because at one time he lived in our subdivision and we thought he was a good Builder and Remodeler, we were very, very, very wrong !!!  He will continue to lie, break promises and screw you just like he did myself and my neighbor.

Great. Worth is very personable, and takes care of all concerns. Although it may take time to receive action on requests, Worth always comes through.

Worht was easy to work with and very professional. Any requests for small modifications, inspection items, or other minor issues were willingly addressed in a timely manner. The quality of his construction is excellent, with his homes being certified as 5-star energy homes. Even after closing, he honors his agreement to a one-year builder warranty. I highly recommend purchasing or building a home with Worth Brown Custom Builders.
