Description of Work: Matt did a BEAUTIFUL job...tore out a wall between a tiny bathroom and a vanity in a nook in the master bedroom, installed Jacuzzi, double sink vanity, new toilet, two medicine cabinets, 3 lights and a lighted bathroom fan. Subcontracted plumbing and electrical, but really liked them, too, and have used them since. Matt is kind of our "neighborhood remodeler"....our houses are all about 30 years old, and on this block alone, he has done 4 baths, 3 kitchens, a beautiful screened in porch, a pantry and shed to DIE for, and probably other projects, too, that I don't remember. We're in the process of buying a 50 year old house, and have already had Matt over to look at taking out walls, doing a total kitchen gut and remodeling a couple of baths. I hate to put his work on here, as we all love him so much, we don't want to share! He stays BUSY!!!!

Description of Work: Matt took out a wall between a dressing area and a bathroom and totally redid the bathroom, including replacing and re-locating all fixtures and tiling. He helped me make decisions, as I had never done something of this nature, and the bathroom, instead of being two tiny rooms with a sink in each room and the tub and toilet in the second room, is now a 7-1/2 x 9 bath with a furniture double vanity, a jacuzzi tub and a low-flow toilet. The tub/shower combo is tiled to the ceiling, as is the floor (on a diagonal) (and NO MORE DIRTY WHITE GROUT!!!!), with oiled bronze fixtures throughout.
