Basement Remodel
We could not have asked for a better job; we are extremely pleased with what we got for the money. He was nearly $20,000 less than other contractor quoted. I am pretty picky because my dad was a contractor, but he got contractors that did an excellent job. Billy was on top of things, he was conscientious, and he came out many times. The contract was that he would take 15% above cost of materials and he stuck to that; we were within $1000 of the original estimate. The basement looks very nice.
