It took Mr. Cecil a bit longer than I would have liked, but he was relentless in chasing down miswired lines. Even though it was frustrating to him, he consulted other telephone repairmen, and stayed with the job until it was done right. He retired from Bell South, so I already know he was knowledgeable about phone wiring, but the mess the builder made of my lines was a definite challenge that he took personally.
