Had him repair leak in December for $100. Leak never fixed completely. Had him come back in February said owed him another $100 for this call. Called him today to tell him roof still leaking in same spot. Wants another $75 to come again. He never went into attic to verify were leak is coming from. Has been guessing from on top of roof. Offers to come back and enter attic this time. Says what I really need is one of his new metal roofs. No thank you!!!! I paid for repair not guessing. Job not done 2 times and $200 later.
