Adam and the team did a great job! Adam was very prompt in getting back to me to set up a time/date to review the job we needed to be done. We had a very small window of when we needed the work done and Adam was able to meet it. The team he send over to do the work was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will definitely be using AJR again in the future!

Called and left a voicemail. Received a callback the next day. Adam coordinated a date and time to work the issue. Adam showed up on time, spent about an hour looking at the issue, and determined the issue to be caused at or between the meter and the connection to the Duke Energy pole. We contacted Duke Energy and they dispatched a truck the same afternoon. The tech checked the connections at the transformer feed and said they were good. He looked at the connection at the weather head over the porch and said it looked to be in poor condition. After talking with the homeowner he agreed to look closer and decided to cut off the badly corroded connection on the neutral line and reconnect it. Several years ago Duke had the meter moved out of the basement and replaced the wiring from the breaker panel to the weather head and possibly the pole while doing it so we believe they accepted they had some responsibility for the connection. This fixed the issue.

This is one of six companies I tried to contact for having work done. This company did not return phone calls or respond to email. But alas, this is the experience I had with Angie's List. None of the six companies were interested in the job. These contractors must be lazy or just do not want to be bothered with minimal jobs. Angie's List is a joke and I will not use them in the future. You, the person that is reading this review; should think in the same direction.

Received a referral from a family member. Spoke to Adam on the phone and discussed problem. He stated he would swing by the house and review and then get back to me. I did not hear back from AJR for over 4 weeks. I texted and called AJR, but did not hear anything back from Adam. This was a time-sensitive matter which was ignored.

No one contacted me.

Left two separate messages and received no return call; so much for conscientious customer service. If this is an example of their level of professionalism I guess it’s better that I find out now before letting them into my home. There is no excuse for discourtesy. If you don’t want the business then get your name off of the list and stop wasting people’s time. Evidently this company has enough business and can afford to be rude. I hope that one day that changes and this type of conduct comes back to haunt them.

Adam was very professional and diagnosed all my issues and fixed everything that I asked him to. Price was very reasonable, less than some of the larger companies wanted just to step in my house. Very pleased and would highly recommend to anyone.

The gentleman was very experienced and professional. He was pleasant and even took the time to ensure all crystals in the chandelier were facing properly. He cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any electrical work I may need.

Adam was our #1 pick after interviewing 6 electricians from Angie's List. We couldn't have made a better decision! His work was impeccable, his work ethic incredible, and his communication was the best. Of all the professionals who worked on our kitchen renovation, he was unquestionably the best!

After connecting with 6-7 electricians who gave us exorbitant bids or didn't ever send a quote, it was a relief to finally meet Adam. He concurred with other electricians who told us we couldn't add any additional load but was the first to offer a creative suggestion that both met code and also worked within our budget. Once I added a gas line for the dryer, Adam could do all the electrical repairs that were noted as issues in my inspection report. He was easy to interact with and taught me a few things to look out for over time. We'll be using him again at this property and our personal home.

Adam was very helpful, he worked to fit us into his schedule at a time that worked for us. He arrived on time and got the outlet moved quickly. We even added another project we had forgotten about, a switch that wasn't working, and he got that fixed as well! He was very freindly and professional, would definitely recommend him to anyone!
