The gentlemen that installed the windows were well mannered and nice to work with. They arrived a few minutes before scheduled time and left when anticipated. Work was completed in one day. Their work area was clean before leaving. The one suggestion I would make would be to have the windows stored away from the grass or covered while waiting to be installed. Some of our grass was burned and will have to be replaced. The owner, Teddy Sanford kept us appraised through e-mails while we waited for the windows to arrive. We did not feel the high sales pressure that we have encountered with other Window Companies. I believe we received a good value for what we purchased. Six of the nine windows were about six feet tall. We have been happy with Window's & More.
